Alex really knows his stuff! I was sure that my TV was going to landfill but Alex fixed it for $85 by replacing two tiny components on two boards, where most repairers would quote to replace the boards making it too expensive to fix. Thanks Alex, I’ll be using your expert service again!

I had an issue with my TV after just 9 months and the supplier requested a replacement. Enter Alex who made contact with me to arrange the replacement and reinstall of the TV. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, clear and accurate communication leading to the install, arrived on time at the time slot he provided well in advance of his visit, sorted the TV install and removed the old TV and packaging. I had my TV repaired by Alex, he was professional, respectable and very quick at his job. After he had finished the repair in under 10 minutes he then put the TV back on top of the cabinet. Only in some cases if the fault is already known otherwise assessment is needed to provide a quote for repair.
Workshop assessments charges starts from $65 for a standard size TV; in-home callout charges depend on your location.
Yes we offer same day service, though this also depends on availability of spare parts.
If we have the required parts on hand repairs take less than a day, including testing.
We provide warranty for all of our repairs.
An assessment is required to determine the cause of the problem, parts availability and if it’s economical to repair.
We repair all electronic devices and equipment.
We are an authorised service center for major brands and have appropriate electrical licences in this field.
